In the FAXmaker manager, click the 'new fax' icon, select the menu item file->new fax or hit ctrl-n. Then attach the TIFF file, add multiple recipients and send it.  Specifying multiple recipients will effectively create multiple faxes. If multiple lines are configured to send faxes, then it will automatically make use of any available lines.
