Q3. How do I send a fax with VentaFax 8-Line Business version 5.5 ?

2.  Go to File > Print.  The Print dialogue box should appear.

3.  Under Printer, Name: select the virtual printer VentaFax and click Print.  The VentaFax application should open with a dialogue box, Message Wizard.

4.  Click Next.
5.  Select the top button,  labelled Dial the number by the modem and send out the message automatically.

6.  Enter the receiving fax number under Number and click Finish.  The fax will be sent immediately or added to the schedule if there is one.
