1.  From the main view click the Message Wizard button  (on the taskbar).  The Message Wizard dialogue box, is displayed.

2.  Click the Browse button  (top right).  A new dialogue box opens.

3.  Locate the TIFF file you wish to send (an image of the fax is displayed) and click Open.

4.  Click Next.
5.  Select the third button down,  labelled Schedule task for automated delivery.

6.  Select Single Recipient or Select from Phone book, then Next.  [For the latter the phone book will open, select the desired recipients and click the Schedule Tasks button-  (on the taskbar)].

7.  Under Repetitive delivery select the Repeat delivery checkbox and enter the number of times you wish to repeat transmission of the fax (limit of 99), labelled time(s) - i.e. for 99 repeated times, the actual number of copies sent will be 100.

8.  Under Use Line(s), select the modem lines you wish to use to send the fax, in any combination or all.

9.  Click Finish.  If scheduled delivery is not enabled, you can enable it now by clicking Yes.
